Homemade Fettuccine & Meat Sauce
This is a splendid recipe for any weekday supper time. My kids absolutely love homemade fettuccine and meat sauce and it is very simple to prepare. Not only is it delicious but it is also a meal that can be made in no time. Enjoy!

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 pkg Fettuccine pasta
540 ml can diced tomato, green pepper, celery and onion blend
1 tsp thyme
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 cup bell pepper chopped
1 cup mushroom chopped
640 ml (1 bottle) Parmesan & Romano cheese sauce
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/4 tsp pepper
In a skillet cook ground beef for 5-8 minutes or until brown. Add bell peppers, garlic, onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper, and saut until tender then add water. Add Parmesan and the Romano sauce. Stir and bring to a boil. Let simmer on low heat for 5 mins. Cook fettuccine pasta according to pkg. Sprinkle cheese over pasta.
