Homestyle Cheese Biscuits
Biscuits are always nice to eat at any time throughout the day. They can be eaten for breakfast, brunch, and even dinner. These cheesy biscuits can go well with any meal, from scrambled eggs to chili, and it can even be served on the side with fried chicken!
2 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup shredded nacho cheese blend
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup margarine
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cheese. Add milk and mix until batter becomes soft. Grease muffin pan. Take a 1/4 cup of the biscuit batter and roll into a ball with the palm of your hands. Drop the rolled biscuit dough in the greased muffin pan and bake for 8-15 minutes.
Total prep+cook time: Approx. 30 minutes.
