Homemade Potato Salad

This one is always nice to serve at a BBQ, parties, or any other social event. Very quick and also very delicious!


5 Medium Russet Potatoes

5 boiled eggs

1 tbsp mustard

1/2 cup of chopped green onions

1 cup of chopped celery

1 tsp of granulated sugar

1 tsp vinegar

1 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1/4 tsp salt

Before you begin, make sure to wash your potatoes. Put the potatoes in your pot and fill the pot with water. Put enough water to cover the potatoes. Then set the potatoes to boil. This should take about 20 minutes. Boil eggs for about 15 minutes. Then, rinse the boiled eggs with cool water and set aside. Peel potatoes, dice them, and place them in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix mustard, pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar, chopped green onions, chopped celery, and eggs. Garnish with seasoned bread crumbs (optional). Chill in fridge until serving. Enjoy!
