Mint Tea

Mint tea is always refreshing and nice to have in the morning or at any time of the day.

Ingredients:

1 hand full mint

3 cups of water

1 tsp lemon

Boil water until it bubbles. Remove from heat. Add leaves to boil water. Cover and let sit for about 4 mins. Sweetened with honey or sugar to your liking.
