Cranberry Bundt Cake

A very festive dessert for the holiday season. It is a wonderful blend of tartness and sweetness.


3 Eggs

2 cups all purpose flour

2 cups brown sugar

2 cups cranberries

1/2 cups margarine

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp baking powder

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon & cranberries then set aside. In a separate small bowl whisk eggs margarine, vanilla & heavy whipping cream. Next, combine both mixtures and mix well until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into bundt pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
