Cheesy Potato Wedges
This tasty potato dish can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is sure to start your day off the right way!
5 medium red potatoes
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
3 strips of turkey bacon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup nacho cheese
1 tbsp fresh green onion (chive) chopped
Ranch salad dressing
First, wash and scrub potatoes then cut into wedges. Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, toss potatoes with all purpose seasoning and pepper and place potatoes into baking dish and into the oven for about 30-40 minutes. When potatoes are done, remove from oven and sprinkle nacho cheese on top of and return to oven to melt cheese.
In a skillet, add oil and cook bacon until crispy and break into bits. Remove potatoes from oven and garnish with bacon, green onion (chive) and ranch salad dressing. Serve.
