These dinner rolls are so soft, delicious, and very easy to prepare during the week!
1 cup warm water
1/3 cup margarine
2 tbsp active yeast
3 1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Take the water, yeast and sugar and mix them gently together in a bowl. Let that mixture sit for about 10 minutes so that the yeast can activate. Next, add the flour, egg, milk, and margarine to the yeast and mix. Then kneed your dough and form them into golf ball sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
Once you've rolled all of the dough, cover the dough in plastic wrap, or with towel and let the dough rise one for time for another 10 minutes. After that you can place them in the oven and let them bake for 10-15 minutes or until they are nice and golden brown.
